DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Art. VI)

◦ Keep himself educated and informed about the party
◦ To be loyal to the party
◦ To propagate by word and by deed the principles, objectives, programs & ideals of the party
◦ To help recruit qualified party members
◦ To pay the one-time membership fee and the regular annual dues & other dues
◦ To fully participate in party activities & chapter meetings
◦ To help other party members & their immediate families in need
◦ To help improve the party & its programs
◦ To help, assist and/or campaign for official candidates of the party in any political exercise
◦ To support & campaign for the party official stand on issues

◦ CHAPTER
◦ BARANGAY COUNCIL
◦ MUNICIPAL/COMPONENT CITY/INDEPENDENT CITY COUNCIL
◦ LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT COUNCIL
◦ PROVINCIAL COUNCIL
◦ REGIONAL COUNCIL
◦ NATIONAL COUNCIL
◦ NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

◉ Consists of at least ten (10) members who are all residents of the same Barangay , City or Municipality

◉ A chapter shall organize by electing the following officers among its members:

◦ President

◦ Vice President

◦ Secretary General

◦ Treasurer

◦ Auditor

◉ The Chapters shall organized committees similar to those of the National Committees by electing their Chairmen.

◦ FINANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR

◦ LEGAL & ARBITRATION COMMITTEE CHAIR

◦ LIVELIHOOD COMMITTEE CHAIR

◦ YOUTH COMMITTEE CHAIR
